1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kalki10.ai ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. You must not be a resident of a restricted state or jurisdiction. You must provide accurate personal information during registration. The Platform reserves the right to verify your age, identity, and location.
3. Platform Nature
Kalki10.ai is a forecasting intelligence platform that enables users to express opinions on event outcomes using virtual points. The Platform is NOT a betting, gambling, wagering, or prediction market platform. Virtual points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, or cashed out. Market probabilities are crowd-derived opinions and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of outcomes.
4. Virtual Points
Users receive virtual points upon registration. Points can be allocated to YES/NO outcomes on markets. Points are redistributed based on forecast accuracy. Points have no cash value. The Platform may adjust point balances for system integrity, fraud prevention, or promotional purposes.
5. User Conduct
Users shall not: manipulate market outcomes, create misleading markets, share insider information, harass other users, use bots or automated systems without authorization, create multiple accounts, or attempt to bypass geo-restrictions or age verification.
6. Content Guidelines
Users may submit comments, analyses, and forecasting rationales. All content must be factual, respectful, and lawful. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates guidelines, Indian law, or platform policies. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and technology are the property of Kalki10.ai Technologies Pvt. Ltd. User-generated content remains the property of the user but grants Kalki10.ai a non-exclusive license to display and use it on the Platform.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. See our Privacy Center for full details.
9. Jurisdiction Restrictions
The Platform may be restricted or unavailable in certain Indian states based on local regulations. The Platform uses IP-based geo-checking and user-declared state information to enforce restrictions. Attempting to circumvent jurisdiction checks is a violation of these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through our Grievance Redressal mechanism first. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Mumbai, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
11. Limitation of Liability
Kalki10.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from market participation, forecast outcomes, or platform unavailability. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and platform banner. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
